DAGMARA is a band from Barcelona born from the harmonic, lyrical and social nonconformism of Laia Mercè, David Baquero, Mario De’Finis, Jose Horwat and Joaquín Dolyenko. Their songs are rest areas in an indie rock path that hosts pilgrims as diverse as pop, classical music, art rock or electronica. With an EP and a single self-released and promoted throughout Spain and Poland, they are currently promoting their first LP, Orbitales (produced and recorded by Noel Campillo and mixed by Marc Martín at Estudi La Vall, between June and December 2020), an ambitious step in which they present 10 circular stories about life and society with a wide variety of sounds and influences. After presenting previews such as Intermitencias or Mientras Duermen, the LP was released on October 1, 2021 on all digital platforms.
DAGMARA organized the presentation of Orbitales live at Razzmatazz (Barcelona), being this the first concert held at the mythical venue since the beginning of the pandemic, as well as at the Maravillas venue (Madrid) in February 2022. Taking advantage of their visit to the capital and, after being selected in the 3rd Hugo Stuven Call organized by RTVE and SGAE, they recorded their careful staging in the studios of the RTVE Institute (see link below). In May they were finalists in the contest Sonidos Mans 2022, after a phase of professional jury formed by Almudena Heredero, Guillermo de Lorenzo and Celia Carrillo, and qualified in the popular voting round with more than 250 supports. After several concerts in Catalonia and the creation of a streaming show with the London-based company Show4Me,
